Doug2533,
We have struggled with various issues with Dymo and this is one as well. Here are the different approaches we took.
Delete Contact Mac Address Book
1. We ended up uninstalling the software and then re-installing.
2. Look in User>XXX>App Data>DYMO you should find two folders Make sure that you also delete the Addins folder and its contents, and the DLS8 folder and all its contents.
3. The last resort which none of us liked but it did work was uninstalling the Dymo Software again (if the above did not work), install the Dymo printer on a server using a mini print server to get the printer on the network. Go back to the Offended PC and install the printer from the server. If you want to leave the setup on the server and that works for you great. (We did not want these printers on the server so we removed them later.) Install the printer as a local printer using the driver from the print server, then install the Dymo software, and choose the locally installed printer and it should work. I know this seems odd and not normal but lets face it what we do for a living NEVER follows what makes good sense.
Best Mac Address Book
After we had gone through this in our infinite wisdom we decided to purchase new PC's and went through all of this all over again. I did end up purchasing a different brand of printer to do the same job with much more success. It was from Zebra and it had a network card on board already. A bit more but very easy to install and the studio software is very straight forward.
